CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. 0% if cancelled three & more days in advance.
  2. 10% if cancelled two days in advance.
  3. 20% if cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours from our check-in times.
  4. 100% if cancelled less than 24 hours from our check in times or on the same day.
  5. 100% if no show, where customer does not turn up for the booking.
  6. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
  7. Our Check in / check out times is 12.00 noon.
  8. No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the customer arrives late or does not turn up for the event.
  9. GST @ 5% charged on cancellation extra as per Govt. policy and , or as per rate/ policy as made applicable by Government from time to time.

REFUND POLICY:

  1. Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  2. Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually done within 7 -10 working days.
  3. Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  4. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  5. Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
  6. If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.
  7. GST @ 5% charged on cancellation extra as per Govt. policy and , or as per rate/ policy as made applicable by Government from time to time.

In case of any cancellation, the GST will be charged as per norm as applicable.
